What we collect

Today, the public website collects only what you choose to give us:

• Contact form submissions – name, email, phone (optional), where you are in the Match process, and whatever you write in your message.
• A language preference (English or Spanish), saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers your choice on your next visit. This stays on your device – it is not sent to us or to any third party.

We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site, and we do not use cookies for anything beyond what's described above.

Once the client portal is live, working with MatchIQmd will involve sharing more sensitive information – documents, exam scores, and immigration/visa status among them. That data will be covered by an updated version of this policy before the portal opens, describing storage, encryption, and access controls in full. Until then, no such data is collected through this website.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you proceed, to set up and deliver MatchIQmd's advisory services. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers strictly needed to run the site and respond to you (for example, our email provider).

How long we keep it

We keep contact inquiries for as long as reasonably useful to follow up with you, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email matchiqmd@gmail.com and we'll act on it promptly.

MatchIQmd is an independent advisory service. We are not affiliated with the NRMP, ERAS, ECFMG, USMLE, or FREIDA, and nothing on this site constitutes legal, medical, or immigration advice.
